The voucher is valid only on the specified date and time.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

For Refunds, they are only allowed up to 3 days prior to the reservation date in the voucher and are not allowed afterwards.

* Surfing lesson time : 9 a.m. 10 a.m. 11 a.m / 2 p.m. 3 p.m. 4 p.m
* Please fill out your preferred surfing lesson time in the request form.
* If you make a reservation for a one-day class ticket, you must arrive 30 minutes before the reservation time. If you arrive later than the scheduled time and do not receive the lesson, you can change the time after paying the penalty of KRW 10,000(payment on site).
* If the class cannot be held due to bad weather conditions, 100% refund or postponement is possible.
* In case of bad weather conditions : Typhoon warning, wind warning, high seas warning, or in cases when the lesson is impossible due to the judgment of the representative coach of SURF HOLIC (In case of rain, the lesson will not be canceled.)

※Precautions for free surfing
1) Please make sure to fill out your preffered lesson time in the request form.(*7 a.m. 9 a.m. 10 a.m. 11 a.m. / 2 p.m. 3 p.m. 4 p.m)
2) Free surfing can be limited to one hour on weekends during the peak season in July to August.
3) Free surfing may be restricted if the waves are large or dangerous due to the SURF HOLIC's own judgment.
4) Free surfing may be restricted for elementary school students and younger.
* Personal supplies(simple underwears or swimsuits to wear under the wetsuit and personal toiletries are required, and other personal items should be prepared by yourself.)
* We offer soap, towels, dryers, and cotton swabs.
* If you purchase a board rental ticket, you can rent a wetsuit after additional payment on site.
* In the case of board rental, only those who have taken the lesson at least once can rent it.(Regardless of the lesson company)
* You can use the board if you are over 120cm tall and weigh less than 120kg.
* In case of loss or damage after renting the equipment, 50% of the consumer price will be reimbursed.
* SURF HOLIC and sales channels are not responsible for accidents caused by the customer's carelessness.
* If you would like to make a group reservation for more than 10 people, please contact us in advance.
