Cancellation/Refund Policy

For Refunds, they are only allowed up to 3 days prior to the reservation date in the voucher and are not allowed afterwards.

- If you have any allergies or foods you wish to avoid, please state them on the "Request".
- The menu and the country of origin may vary depending on supply and demand.
- For cake lettering, please write within 8 Korean characters or 15 English characters in the "Request".
- How to come: Please receive the meal voucher and the observatory pass from the information desk on 5F of N Seoul Tower and take the elevator to get to the restaurant.
- The use of cable cars may be restricted depending on the weather conditions.
- It may be difficult to comply with the reservation time if you wish to ride the cable car on weekends. Therefore, please board the cable car an hour before the reservation time.
- Please arrive no later than 30 minutes after your reserved time, or the reservation will automatically be cancelled with no refund.
- Slippers and training outfits are not allowed.

- Please designate the time of visit according to the starting time of the course stated in the product name during the reservation.
- Please leave a contact number that can be reached during the reservation.
- If you cannot select a reservation date, please contact us at the REDTABLE, not at the store.
- Once you select and purchase the date/time you wish to visit, REDTABLE will send you a Kakao notification message after checking your reservation.
- Reservation can be altered up to 3 days before the actual date of visit.
